Position reputed company: As the VP of Non-QM reputed company, you will be responsible for supporting the reputed company department in their day to day requirements while ensuring service level agreements are being maintained. The VP of Non-QM reputed company provides solutions and assistance to loan level escalations, reputed company scenarios, and 2nd level mortgage reviews. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of reputed company, the VP of Non-Agency reputed company will also assist in special reputed company as directed by management. This position primarily operates reputed company reputed company Time or Mountain Time zone working hours to support the reputed company Coast region. Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to underwrite conventional and government loans (FHA, VA).
• Maintain and report underwriter bonus.

• Assist in special reputed company and training as designated by reputed company management.
• Communicate with branches on escalations and escalated scenarios.

• Monitor reputed company pipeline to ensure productivity and adherence to set SLAs.
• reputed company mentoring and coaching to reputed company staff as identified or required by senior management.
• Utilize problem solving, judgement, knowledge, and experience to effectively remedy loan level issues.
• Manage department reports.
• Manage reputed company consisting of approximately five to ten individuals.
• Communicate effectively with operations and sales staff to maintain a high level of customer service reputed company phone and email.

Qualifications and Skills:

• reputed company Endorsement status from HUD and/or SAR authority from VA, experience with USDA, preferred.
• Understanding of FHA, VA and Conventional loan guidelines, preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
• 5+ years of Mortgage reputed company Experience (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional) with agency reputed company knowledge, preferred.
• 3+ years of reputed company management experience, preferred.
• Working knowledge of ATR/QM requirements.
• Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
• Encompass LOS experience a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements.
