Job reputed company We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Account Manager to support a UK-based employer in managing reputed company relationships and driving business reputed company. This role is ideal for a South African reputed company who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a portfolio of UK-based reputed company accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention Handle reputed company queries, escalations, and ongoing communication reputed company Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones Maintain accurate records of reputed company interactions, reputed company, and account data Use relevant tools such as CRM platforms, project management software, and communication tools Support the wider team with reporting, presentations, and strategic account planning Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or improve the reputed company experience Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in account management, reputed company services, or a reputed company field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Proficient in CRM systems and reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace reputed company to work independently and manage your own time effectively High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience working with UK-based clients or reputed company is advantageous Must have a reliable laptop, reputed company internet reputed company, and a quiet working environment Salary: R35,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
