reputed company We have a reputed company party Financial Services reputed company that is seeking a REMOTE Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent. Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (reputed company, reputed company, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to reputed company more information. Daily Duties: -14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones reputed company day - Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high). - Upload information to company's internal website. - Leave scripted messages reputed company insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on reputed company approved messages). Shift: Spanish - 10:30am to 7:00pm; Monday through Friday Training: First 3 weeks 8:30-5, they will go through class room training, shadowing, and handling calls with people listening in. There will be an assessment at the end of week 3 that will need to be passed at 80% in order to transition to the offered shift. If you do not pass, you will have one more week to reputed company the assessment or the assignment will be terminated. MUST HAVE SKILLS: High School Diploma Ability to type 30 WPM 1+ year of Customer service experience. This can include retail, call center, office work, data entry, restaurant.
