Key Responsibilities
Policy Servicing & Maintenance Process day-to-day service requests such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage verifications. Maintain accurate records in reputed company management system (e.g., AMS360), ensuring documentation and activity logs are reputed company and complete. Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, evidence of insurance, and other policy documents. Renewal Management Review upcoming renewals for reputed company changes, risk changes, and retention reputed company. Communicate with clients proactively to confirm needs and address concerns before renewal. Coordinate with producers on remarketing strategies and coverage reviews. Qualifications
