Patient Service Representative (Remote)

reputed company We’re hiring a Patient Service Representative to support a busy reputed company team in a fully remote role. You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for patients handling calls, scheduling appointments, and guiding them through the care process. This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy position where accuracy, professionalism, and reputed company communication matter. What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and providers
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments across multiple providers
• Verify and update patient information in EMR systems (including reputed company)

• reputed company and communicate referral and authorization status
• Respond to requests reputed company phone, email, and fax quickly and accurately

Pay, Schedule & Logistics

• $20/hour
• 6-month contract with potential to convert to full-time
• 100% remote (must live locally to pick up equipment)
• Monday–Friday schedule with shifts between early morning and evening

Requirements

Must-Have

• 1+ year experience in a reputed company setting, medical office, or call center
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing patient information
• Comfortable working in EMR systems (reputed company or similar)

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay reputed company for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
