Job Responsibilities Provides members, clients, and policyholders valuable consultative risk control, risk management, and loss prevention services and strategies. Researches and investigates customer and employee accidents; performs accident statistical analysis; makes recommendations to reduce accidents. Provides written and verbal recommendations on safety procedures, programs, equipment, etc. to members and clients/customers. Conducts training for reputed company employees, members, and stakeholders on occupational safety, loss prevention, and emergency preparedness. Assists in developing, coordinating, and implementing services, programs, and activities to ensure safety measures are in reputed company for clients. Assists in conducting safety analysis for members as requested; follows through with recommendations. Provides consultative loss prevention, risk control services, and training to clients and policyholders. Supervision of Others N/A Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in safety, business management, insurance, risk management, or reputed company field required; And Minimum of three years’ experience in Risk Control or Loss Control for a reputed company insurance company Must possess a valid reputed company’s license. Additional Eligibility Requirements New employees must complete the Associate in Insurance (AINS) designation reputed company six months from the end of the 90-day evaluation period to be eligible for advancement and incentive compensation. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Typical business office setting with moderate noise level and outdoor settings with a high noise level.
