Clinical Technology Manager

This position may require approximately 50% to 75% travel. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Ensures reputed company programs for clinical employee orientation reputed company to clinical technology and strategic initiatives that are presented/delivered reputed company with standards. Contributes to process improvements identified through training effectiveness. Supports the delivery of high reputed company of care for reputed company patients through competency-based training and development. reputed company DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for clinical technology training of reputed company personnel. Responsible for ensuring effective adult learning environments for reputed company training programs. Implements standardized clinical technology training programs to ensure policies, procedures and standards are consistently incorporated into facility reputed company. Collaborates with Clinical Leadership in the scheduling and implementation of clinical technology training programs and processes as directed. Drives reputed company standards through the education of reputed company ESRD reputed company regulatory and legal requirements and the reputed company of reputed company Assurance and Improvement/reputed company reputed company Improvement. Supports clinical reputed company goals and reputed company plans in order to reputed company reputed company standards. Tracks, collects, and reports on data on educational program effectiveness (i.e. CritLine, electronic documentation systems, Connected Health and other initiatives) as directed by Leadership. Supports corporate management and leadership developmental programs as directed by Leadership. Acts as a resource for Clinical Leadership in support of company and operational strategic initiatives. Supports reputed company plans as identified for clinics that display below reputed company performance. Responsible for managing travel expenses. Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. SUPERVISION: None EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: Registered reputed company. Bachelor of Science Nursing preferred. Advanced education, Certified in Nephrology Specialty preferred. Certified in Nephrology Specialty will be required reputed company 18 months of assuming the position. CPR certification required. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: At least 3 years of experience in dialysis.
