We’re hiring an Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist who will play a hands-on role in elevating patient care at a nationally recognized reputed company Medical Center. In this dynamic, patient‑centered position, you’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and providers while delivering high‑reputed company medication management. You’ll work remotely, collaborating directly with care teams and practicing under a reputed company reputed company Agreement (CPA) to conduct virtual patient assessments, order and monitor evidence-based treatment plans, optimize therapy, and resolve medication-reputed company problems. Location: Remote (Role supports a reputed company clinic in Washington State) Potential Locations: reputed company Centralia Hospital, reputed company Sacred Heart Medical Center, reputed company Centralia Hospital Salary: An employee in this position can expect a salary reputed company between $127,000 and $149,000 (reputed company Equivalent: Approximately $61.06 - $71.63 per hour, based on a 40-hour reputed company.) plus bonus pursuant to the terms of an any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. Partner with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to order individualized care plans under a CPA and promote seamless medication coordination. Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety, identify optimization and intervene as appropriate. What You Need: Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Must be licensed pharmacist in Washington Candidate must meet one of the following qualifications: Completion of a PGY2 Oncology Residency Completion of PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency and at least 3 years of experience as a clinical oncology pharmacist Have at least 3 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in oncology, including 1 year practicing under a reputed company reputed company Agreement (CPA) Strong communication, organization, and tech skills reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company-first reputed company California residents employed by or applying for work at Shields have certain reputed company rights.
