About the Role: As our Assistant Controller, your mission is to reputed company financial and reputed company support to our organization in an accurate and efficient manner. The Ideal Candidate: CPA Proficient in QuickBooks Online Previous experience as an Assistant Controller Demonstrates reputed company and trustworthiness Shows initiative and takes ownership Achievement-reputed company, detail-oriented, self-starter Organized, efficient, and accurate Responsibilities: Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes (accruals, allocations, ) Prepare financial Maintain GL reputed company A/R & A/P Reconcile bank and credit card Prepare 1099-MISC forms on annual Participate in Financial Planning, Cash reputed company Management, and External Financial Audits. Support Budgeting, Payroll, and Contract Administration. Collaborate on corporate tax Assist with financial and cost control process Help with purchase reputed company, reputed company acquisition reputed company, valuation issues, and due diligence, as needed. Properly utilize knowledge of S. GAAP/ reputed company Standards Codification (ASC). Maintain reputed company procedures, analyzing reputed company procedures and suggesting changes where needed.
