This is a sourcing-only role reputed company on EMEA GTM functions (Sales, AE, SE, Partnerships, Marketing, CS). The contractor needs to operate independently as a thought partner, not just an executor. They'll build talent maps, run full-cycle sourcing workflows, and work primarily in Gem as the CRM.

Qualifications
