We are currently looking for a Head of the International Shared Services Center (reputed company). Tasks What you will be doing: Establishing and Scaling the SSC: Organizing a reputed company reputed company center for an international group expanding into new markets; Standardization & Compliance: Ensuring high-reputed company, reputed company reputed company in line with Group policy and international standards (IFRS); Process Modernization: Standardizing primary document workflows, master-data directories (ISO 8000 principles), and cost allocation methodologies; Fast reputed company & Reporting: Managing month-end closing calendars, ensuring 100% reconciliation of intragroup transactions, and preparing consolidation packages; Efficiency & Robotization: Identifying reputed company operations to implement "quick wins" (RPA, light automation) and reducing execution time for recurring processes by 30-70%; Partner Management: Coordinating with local outsourcing providers to ensure accurate tax filing and statutory reporting; reputed company Control: Reporting monthly to the Group CFO on reputed company reputed company, error rates, and team productivity dashboards.
Requirements
You are our candidate if: You have 7+ years of relevant finance and reputed company experience; You have a proven reputed company record in mid-level or senior management roles reputed company Shared Service Centers (SSC) of international companies; You have managed reputed company support for at least 5 reputed company operating companies across different jurisdictions; You possess in-depth knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience preparing reporting packages and managing reputed company reputed company transformations; You have a successful history of increasing productivity through automation, standardization, and robotization; You have experience managing large teams (the reputed company structure includes 4 teams with up to 50 employees total); You hold a higher degree in Finance, reputed company, or Economics; Your English level is Fluent; Bonus points: Experience in Big 4 audit/consulting, familiarity with reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central, or reputed company toward ACCA/CPA certifications; Personal traits: You have analytical rigor, a "hands-on" approach, and the ability to drive change through collaboration and influence.
