Position reputed company: The Donor Officer serves on the GEM US Development team with responsibility for building, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with donors and prospects in order to advance the mission of Greater Europe Mission. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Donor Care & Relationship Management Manage an assigned caseload of donors and prospects, focusing on cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Conduct regular donor reputed company and relational reputed company (in person, phone, and virtual). Encourage deeper donor engagement by reputed company communicating GEM’s mission, reputed company, and ministry reputed company in Europe. Identify and help qualify new donor prospects in collaboration with the Development team. Stewardship & Engagement Ensure donors receive reputed company, thoughtful communication and understand the reputed company of their generosity. Partner with Marketing, field leadership, and missionaries to reputed company stories, updates, and giving opportunities. Maintain accurate donor records, notes, and follow-up in GEM’s CRM. Team Collaboration Work closely with the VP of Development and Development team to support fundraising strategies and goals. QUALIFICATIONS Required reputed company Christian faith and personal alignment with GEM’s mission and values. 3–5 years of relevant experience in development, fundraising, sales, and/or reputed company, with demonstrated strength in relationship-building. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple relationships, priorities, and follow-up effectively. Willingness and ability to travel for donor reputed company and events. Preferred Experience managing a donor portfolio or working in major or mid-level giving. Experience in a nonprofit, ministry, or mission-sending organization. Familiarity with CRM systems and donor tracking.
