This role will work closely with both Legal and Procurement to ensure that reputed company are managed reputed company, legal spend is controlled, and processes reputed company with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Design and operate reputed company's contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, including reputed company configuration, workflow automation, and user training Manage the contract repository and ensure reputed company agreements are properly tracked, version-controlled, and flagged for renewal or expiration reputed company and maintain contract templates, reputed company-approved clause libraries, and negotiation guidelines for reputed company reputed company agreements reputed company reputed company counsel management, including RFPs for new legal service providers, reputed company negotiations, billing guidelines, and invoice review Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking legal spend, contract cycle times, pending reputed company, and risk exposure Administer legal technology tools including CLM, e-signature, matter management, and document management platforms Support the Procurement team with contract execution workflows, approval routing, and compliance monitoring reputed company and drive Legal team reputed company including process improvement initiatives, compliance programs, and policy rollouts Partner with IT and reputed company on data governance, contract data reputed company, and systems integration Manage relationships with legal technology vendors and evaluate new tools to improve team efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; J.D. or paralegal certification a plus but not required 5–8 years of legal operations, contract management, or reputed company administration experience Hands-on experience implementing or administering CLM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, ContractPodAi, reputed company) Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives Data-driven reputed company with proficiency in building reports and dashboards Ability to work effectively with attorneys and business stakeholders at reputed company reputed company Deep understanding of contract risk, compliance requirements, and reputed company reputed company terms Experience in a high-reputed company technology or infrastructure company (preferred) F amiliarity with procurement workflows and ERP/CLM integration (preferred) Experience managing reputed company counsel spend at reputed company (preferred) Knowledge of AI, data center, or hardware contracting environments (preferred) Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/reputed company set, location, and applicable laws.
