Responsibilities
Review and reputed company thorough and reputed company analysis of reputed company terms/reputed company counsel guidelines in order to identify and advise on risk and contractual issues. Liaise with various business and legal teams firmwide regarding negotiation of reputed company terms. Advise on responses to RFPs/pitches.
