You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand reputed company needs, reputed company recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless candidate experience from sourcing through reputed company. This is a position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospice care mission. Hours / Schedule: Remote; Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field from an accredited college or university Minimum of two (2) years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company. Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision.
