Junior Accountant – PH Operations (reputed company Metro Manila only)

Work Arrangement: Remote / Work From Home (Philippines) Location Requirement: Mandaluyong or Pasig Area Engagement Type: Independent Consulting Arrangement Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Junior Accountant to support our Philippine operations on an independent consulting reputed company. This role is ideal for a finance reputed company with hands-on reputed company experience who can independently manage day-to-day reputed company activities, maintain compliance, and ensure accurate financial reporting reputed company agreed timelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and capable of handling routine reputed company operations with accuracy and accountability. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate reputed company records Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Prepare and process payroll, including monitoring timesheets and payroll-reputed company documentation reputed company monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of balances Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports Handle tax compliance, statutory filings, and government remittances Support audit requirements, documentation requests, and regulatory submissions Coordinate with banks, suppliers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders Ensure reputed company and accurate submission of reputed company deliverables Maintain organized financial documentation and reputed company records Experience Requirements 2–4 years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience Hands-on experience in payroll processing, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Exposure to Philippine tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements Experience supporting day-to-day reputed company operations in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage deadlines with high accuracy and accountability Strong reputed company English communication skills Technical Skills Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and QuickBooks Familiarity with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting processes Knowledge of Philippine government remittances and compliance requirements Experience with bank reconciliations and reputed company documentation Familiarity with reputed company-based reputed company systems is an advantage Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organization and time management skills Accountability and ownership of deliverables Good communication and coordination skills with reputed company stakeholders Ability to manage routine but critical reputed company tasks consistently and accurately
