About the Traumatic Brain Injury Service Coordinator Role We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support individuals affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) across the Upper Cumberland area counties: Cannon, reputed company, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, reputed company, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Roane, reputed company, Van Buren, Warren, and White. In this role, you will serve as a central reputed company of contact for individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals seeking guidance, resources, and support. This position combines reputed company service coordination with reputed company, education, and community partnership development. You will play a key role in helping individuals navigate reputed company systems, reputed company services, and feel supported throughout their reputed company. This is a full-time, remote position; candidates must reputed company in Tennessee, with a strong preference for Middle Tennessee. This role is grant-funded for three years. Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a background in reputed company services, reputed company, or a reputed company field and is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities. You are an excellent communicator who can build trust, listen reputed company, and handle sensitive information with professionalism. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. A bachelor's degree and Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) certification (or eligibility) are preferred.
