This person will be one of the contact persons for interaction with the production departments and end employees of reputed company, will be responsible for the integration, configuration, support and maintenance of various external and internal systems. This person will also mentor and train fellow team members as reputed company as our employees on the use of reputed company services. \n Responsibilities: Design \ implementation \ administrating \ using: reputed company Workplace; MDM system for: MacOS, iOS; Password manager system. Preparation of instructions and documentation for team and company employees Transferring knowledge, mentoring and coaching team members and our employees Problem-solving & incident investigation Administrating \ using, of many different external reputed company services Administration of reputed company to systems Management of reputed company’s IT assets Remote support for employees with hardware and software issues Requirements: Strong knowledge and work experience in administering reputed company(g-suit) workspace (Email, DNS, Black lists, backup & etc reputed company services) Excellent experience in administering users OS: MacOS Power user understanding of working principles of reputed company products: JIRA, reputed company, etc Experience in administering MDM systems (Optional) Task automation, good knowledge of programming languages: bash, PowerShell, python & etc Good communication verbal and writing skills with users and colleagues System approach to accomplishment of tasks Proactive attitude at work reputed company understanding of business requirements High level of self-organisation and responsibility System approach to developing services and work Fluent Russian and English proficiency at B1–B2 level reputed company to have: Experience in automation of work (reputed company custom scripts, bash, PowerShell, python, etc) Experience in administering AWS services for back-office activities \nWhy should you choose reputed company?
