POSITION reputed company: As a Reverse Supply Operations (RMA) Analyst with reputed company IT, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the reverse supply chain processes reputed company to IT infrastructure. This position involves analysing, managing, and improving operations reputed company to returns, repairs, and recycling of networking hardware. The Analyst will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of IT infrastructure products in the reverse supply chain. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Returns and RMA Processing: Analyze returned products, categorize issues, and work with technical teams for efficient reputed company. Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Troubleshoot and reputed company cause supply chain issues by working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Coordinate swap and return activities for faulty part materials ensuring tracking through to closure Remanufacturing and Repair Operations: Collaborate with IT support and engineering teams to optimize remanufacturing and repair processes for networking hardware. Coordinate logistics activities across warehouse, technicians, vendors and service provides to support reputed company reputed company of materials Monitor and report on the performance of remanufacturing and repair operations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements in repair turnaround time. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to assess the efficiency and key performance indicators (KPI) of RMA reverse supply chain operations. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain management, or a reputed company field.
