As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing reputed company and efficient support to our patients, families, and internal stakeholders through phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve issues, reputed company information, and ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. This is a part-time, remote opportunity, requiring a commitment of 24 hours per week, every Saturday from 8pm to reputed company and reputed company from 8pm to 8:30am.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift
- High school diploma
- One (1) year experience in customer service
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
- Proficient in software programs and reputed company to navigate between computer systems
- Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time
- Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
