Position reputed company

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our child support reputed company stakeholders. You'll be responsible for receiving calls, categorizing them according to our reputed company Operating Procedures, and recording any abusive or extraordinary calls. You'll also be expected to maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive calls from child support reputed company stakeholders in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations

• Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
• Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using reputed company, patience, and courtesy

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or reputed company field
• Must be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process)

Compensation and Benefits
