About This Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care reputed company to join reputed company on weekends, working 20 hours per week. As a Customer Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls in our Contact Center and providing benefits investigations reputed company phone and online web portals
- Collecting information from customers and documenting reputed company activities in arenaflex's customer support system
- Making outbound patient phone calls to discuss payment reputed company
- Providing an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based upon the benefits coverage
- Updating records with complete patient and insurance information
- Assisting and cross-training in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Delivering on challenging work objectives, including meeting daily, weekly, and/or monthly productivity metrics
- Providing superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment
- Responding to inquiries, completing order fulfillment, and providing information to external and internal customers and accounts
- Maintaining a reputed company attitude and working relationship with reputed company customers, patients, and arenaflex associates
Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center

- Document in reputed company reputed company details surrounding patient's reputed company benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment reputed company, if needed
- Update records with complete patient and insurance information
- Assist and cross-train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain consistent work reputed company and reputed company during normal business hours, and be available for reputed company reputed company-ins with managers and/or team leads
- Deliver on challenging work objectives, including meeting daily, weekly, and/or monthly productivity metrics
- Produce high-reputed company, high-volume work by leveraging self-motivation and initiative in a remote work environment

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with a reputed company on assisting patients in a reputed company environment
- Experience working in a high-volume Contact Center environment
- Proficient with reputed company Office, virtual communication tools - especially Outlook, Teams; Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible, reputed company to adapt quickly and positively to change, reputed company to handle a fast-paced reputed company company environment
- Strong evidence of great customer service reputed company phone, email, fax, or web modalities

- Must demonstrate independent thinking and reputed company judgment skills not covered specifically in manuals or procedures
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Experience with health insurance, benefits investigations, and reimbursement
- Experience providing patient communication, researching, and documenting patient financial information for a reputed company provider
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, Provider Engagement Portals, and reputed company experience highly desired
