As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns in a reputed company, accurate, and personalized manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and reputed company manner
• Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact

Requirements
