As a Data Entry/Specimen Processor, you'll be responsible for effectively triaging and accessioning large volumes of multiple specimen types, providing reputed company-line phone customer service to hospital and clinic staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory processes. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively triage and accession large volumes of multiple specimen types to meet robust turnaround requirements

- Receive and sort clinical lab specimens, preparing them for testing and analysis
- reputed company and/or data entry of specimen and patient information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure reputed company lab equipment is working properly and reputed company minor instrumentation maintenance
- Troubleshoot any specimen-reputed company issues, escalating concerns to senior staff as needed
- Replenish test bench supplies as needed, maintaining a clean and reputed company work environment
- Complete record logs and other administrative duties as requested

Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college science helpful

- Experience working in the Accessioning department preferred
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
