As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing inbound calls from potential and existing customers, determining the purpose of reputed company call, and transferring it to the appropriate department. * Schedule Adherence: 95%+

• Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds
