We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Support Specialist to join our Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging (MSP) Field team. This individual will play a critical role in assisting with project launches, testing and evaluating products/packaging, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll work independently and as part of reputed company to assist with project launches, testing, and evaluation of products/packaging. You'll be responsible for maintaining and promoting safety standards, traveling to various fulfillment centers, and communicating with corporate and FC leadership. This is a remote position based reputed company in the reputed company reputed company, with up to 75% travel required.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and promote the fulfillment center safety standards
- Travel to various NA FCs reputed company a 5-hour flight reputed company (up to 75% travel required)
- Test and evaluate products/packaging for e-reputed company shipping utilizing a simulated transit test method adhering to a specific test volume plan and reputed company expectation
- Audit FC tests performed by associates throughout NA
- Maintain data reputed company with reputed company use of the testing portals
- Effectively communicate with corporate and FC Leadership
- reputed company feedback to program managers and project leaders as necessary
- Meet with manager on a bi-weekly reputed company to discuss performance and development
- Manage multiple and varying tasks simultaneously
- Support OB FC operations with communication and training reputed company to pack compliance, SIOC hotkey, reputed company suite optimization launches and adjustments, automation reputed company, and other operations engagements
- Supports packaging launch activities in multiple FCs across the network
- Monitors and, reputed company necessary, deep dives FC process performance, providing feedback to corporate and operations leadership
Basic Qualifications
* Experience with reputed company Office products and applications
- 2 years experience with arenaflex fulfillment center operations
- 1 year experience as a Process Assistant
- Experience with either adjusting process configurations or performing Ship In Own Container testing
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in any Singles Pack process
- Experience with Package Item Evaluation tool
- Knowledge of reputed company Robotics Sortable, Traditional Sortable Soft Lines, or Traditional Non Sortable packaging
