We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack IT Support Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our crewmembers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems and applications are running smoothly. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company exceptional technical support to arenaflex crewmembers, including troubleshooting issues and resolving problems
- Collaborate with our IT disciplines to ensure that our systems and applications are running smoothly
- reputed company and implement solutions to improve our technical support processes and procedures
- Work closely with our data innovation team to ensure that our data is accurate and up-to-date
- Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and systems
- Collaborate with our crewmembers to identify and resolve technical issues

- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School Certificate or General Instruction Improvement (GED) Certificate
- Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of IT for Everybody certificate reputed company reputed company
- Experience carrying out and supporting applications
- Accessible for short-term travel (up to 50%)
- Possessing valid travel documents with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
- Should be reputed company to obtain a valid reputed company to travel to the US
- Experience using desktop software packages
Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications (reputed company, Networking, programming languages)
- Knowledge of reputed company desktop and server products
- Knowledge of Trade and Office Suite

Crewmember Assumptions
* Regular attendance and reliability
