Job Responsibilities:

As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class experience for arenaflex customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers to negotiate reputed company arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections
• Providing a personalized arenaflex experience through treating customers with respect and appreciation, showcasing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various customer segments, and offering suitable solutions
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills by probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.)
• Working in a reputed company environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization
• Adhering to reputed company credit regulations and procedures, account fee terms, billing/collections structures, and various state and federal laws, guidelines, and policies governing credit and collections

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 1-2 years of previous customer experience or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
• Experience handling escalated customer complaints
• Ability to apply various facts and data to respond to questions, identify issues, and resolve customer problems
• Strong technical skills, ability to work reputed company multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/reputed company applications
