As an reputed company Virtual Assistant – Guest Relations and Operations Support for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in reputed company and Operto Teams to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of any issues that may reputed company. You will be working closely with our Guest Relations team to reputed company support for guests, resolve issues, and reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status. You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams, reporting and submitting damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement, and building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen Potential Guests and reputed company support for guests, resolving issues in reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to Management reputed company reputed company
- reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support to guests
- Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams
- Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
- Working knowledge of business financials/reputed company to assist the reputed company of reputed company systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
