We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a 40-hour remote evening contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for resolving patient medical billing inquiries, collecting payments, and assisting with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges. This is a high-volume role that requires a friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to resolve patient medical billing inquiries
- Collect payments from patients and respond to billing-reputed company inquiries
- Assist patients with understanding their medically billed charges and reputed company reputed company explanations
- Work closely with patients to resolve reputed company billing issues and ensure reputed company reputed company
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and billing information
- Participate in online team meetings and company Q&A forums to stay informed and reputed company

- Maintain accurate time tracking and reporting
- Read and follow up on denials and appeals

Requirements
* 1 year of experience in medical billing and health insurance

- Ability to navigate multiple systems and software programs
- High-speed internet required (speed test will be conducted after initial interview)

- Must be available to complete mandatory on-boarding training
