The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Emergency Response Team, reputed company to be deployed in the event of a natural disaster or national emergency. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service to US residents in need, utilizing a reputed company of communication channels, including voice, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring to the Role:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Computer experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

* High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
- USB wired headset (recommended)
- Smartphone or device running iOS or Android (for daily log-in)
