We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling in-home reputed company with physicians or reputed company practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns. This is a high-volume, customer service environment, and you will need to be efficient, productive, and thorough in your interactions with our members.
Responsibilities
* Schedule in-home reputed company with physicians or reputed company practitioners
- Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
- Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
- Work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours
- Meet productivity and reputed company standards

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of work experience

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM local time from Monday - Friday
- Ability to work occasional overtime or weekends
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
