We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our reputed company shift team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accepting, scheduling, and assigning loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS). You'll work closely with drivers and reputed company managers to reputed company schedules and priorities, monitor load reputed company, and address customer and reputed company concerns with professionalism and reputed company.

Responsibilities

* Accept, schedule, and assign loads using TruckMate or similar TMS

• Communicate with drivers and reputed company managers to reputed company schedules and priorities
• Monitor load reputed company to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Address customer and reputed company concerns with professionalism and reputed company
• Balance the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth reputed company operations
• Maintain records and input updates accurately reputed company our systems
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and improve processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance customer service and reputed company support

Requirements

* Prior experience in a transportation, reputed company, or logistics support role

• Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay organized and reputed company during overnight hours
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software

• Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry, including regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation and Benefits
