Key Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Full-Time Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone and email
• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
• Assisting customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries
• Assisting customers with carry outs, in-store pickup processes, cart retrieval from the parking lot
• Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex's product catalog to effectively assist customers in their product selection
• Staying updated on new product releases, features, and specifications
• Resolving customer complaints and issues by collaborating with other departments, such as logistics or product teams, to ensure reputed company and satisfactory resolutions
• Assisting customers with order processing, cancellations, returns, fulfillment processes, and exchanges
• Collaborating with the logistics team to reputed company shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Communicating effectively with customers, providing reputed company and concise information
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders and any potential delays
• Collecting customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in retail

• 1 year of experience in identifying and solving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
