As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our cutting-edge technology. You'll also be equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently, building strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, reputed company product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
* Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
