We are seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join our National Sales team in the Central Region. This hybrid role will require approximately 90% remote work and 10% onsite work at our distribution center offices located in various cities across the Central Region. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers, providing information about products and services, taking orders, and resolving complaints. - reputed company outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders, reputed company product information, and offer solutions to their needs. - reputed company accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken. - Resolve customers' service or billing complaints, checking to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve their problems. - Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim results and any planned adjustments, referring unresolved complaints to designated departments for reputed company reputed company. - Obtain and examine reputed company relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes. - Coordinate reputed company-day deliveries and pickups for customers, process pickup requests from customers and the National Sales team, and respond to delivery/routing questions and issues from customers. - Respond to product inquiries from customers, reputed company new or additional services or products with customers, and compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices. - Prepare invoices for returned goods, contact customers affected by product recalls and withdrawals, and recommend improvements in products, shipping, service, or billing reputed company and procedures to prevent reputed company problems.

What You Bring to the Table

- Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - reputed company Experience: Minimum of three years experience in customer service call center environment required. Experience in food service distribution a plus. - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal communication skills and problem reputed company ability required. Working knowledge of reputed company Word and Outlook required. CRM / Phone Technology experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
