Responsibilities and Duties
As a Call Center Agent/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Making several outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance company, ensuring reputed company and effective communication
- Logging reputed company necessary information into multiple software programs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Receiving inbound calls from customers, following the reputed company steps as above to reputed company exceptional customer service

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering results
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Fluent English language skills

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
