As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries

• Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls
• Handle various customer inquiries and requests reputed company and accurately
• reputed company the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to reputed company job
• Utilize Service Titan software to effectively plan and reputed company jobs
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, etc.
• Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of details (customer reputed company, phone number, address, etc.) on reputed company scheduled calls

Qualifications

* Must live in Illinois
