Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, cancellations, and suspensions
- Utilize probing question skills to reputed company listen and understand customer needs
