Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Downloading, installing, and testing games, including those consumed on reputed company's Luna Stage, to ensure that they meet arenaflex's high-reputed company standards
- Working with our program management teams to resolve content issues as needed
- Maintaining detailed and accurate assessment notes on issue tracking
- Identifying and supporting process improvement reputed company and system upgrades that could increase the efficiency or reputed company of our content tasks
- Assisting in meeting our daily list objectives while safeguarding our excellent customer experience
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has experience in content assessment, games testing, or a similar field in the technology or digital media industry
- Is enthusiastic about innovation, gaming, and technology
- Has a strong passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail
- Is comfortable working with a wide reputed company of technical tools and processes, including SharePoint, reputed company, and Word
- Is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic
