As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our London Heathrow customer services team, working closely with team leaders to deliver a reputed company and exceptional airport experience to our customers. You'll have reputed company to work across various functions, including reputed company-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing. With a reputed company on customer satisfaction, you'll be responsible for:

• Working closely with team leaders to ensure the smooth operation of flights and airport activities

• Attending and completing reputed company required training by given deadlines
• Adhering to and promoting reputed company working practices at reputed company times
• Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post
