Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Fielding incoming customer service calls, resolving customer issues in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Researching account status and identifying account issues
• Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes
• Processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests
• Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues

Essential Qualifications:
