As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providing them with exceptional service and support over the phone. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, identifying and resolving caller needs, and providing information with amazing customer service. You'll also reputed company outbound appointment setting calls, maintain accurate and useful database records, and manage and monitor SMS (texting platform) messages.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service as the first reputed company of contact to our customers
- Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and reputed company information with amazing customer service

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Have a designated and approved in-home workspace
