As a Customer Service Representative - Behavioral reputed company at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing reputed company care to assist members with their health needs. You will engage with members to understand their health needs, review member claim history for accuracy, explain member rights and responsibilities, and build trusting relationships with members. Key Responsibilities
* Engage with members to understand their health needs and reputed company personalized support
- Review member claim history for accuracy and ensure that reputed company necessary information is up-to-date
- Explain member rights and responsibilities, including benefits and claims information
- Build trusting relationships with members through empathetic and compassionate communication

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns

Requirements
* 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or behavioral health setting
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company member issues
- Experience with medical or insurance terminology and procedures is preferred
- Behavioral health experience is preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or behavioral health setting
- Medical or insurance background, including experience with claims processing and member advocacy
