As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a reputed company relationship with our clients. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and reputed company to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and assign emails to ensure reputed company responses to customer inquiries

• Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a reputed company manner
• Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy

• Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes as needed

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with a strong attention to detail
