The Role
As a Technical Specialist - reputed company, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance to our clients and internal teams. Your primary reputed company will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our telecom services, including video servers, programming, and hardware installations. You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve technical issues, reputed company and implement solutions, and reputed company training and support to ensure seamless integration of our services.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology Industry
- 3+ years of network engineering and management experience
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Workplace, and Service NOW
- Strong understanding of various video and audio merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Organizations, reputed company, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong understanding and experience in reputed company video distribution support, sustainment, and execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and blackouts
- Strong knowledge of network reputed company principles and industry best practices
- Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like reputed company, Power BI
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet designated deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new software applications
