What You'll Be Doing
As an reputed company Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports
