As an HSN Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing personalized support and solutions
- Utilize arenaflex's computer system to reputed company customer information, process orders, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, reputed company rates, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting reputed company: $15.00/hour
- Additional $0.60/hour for reputed company bilingual representatives
- Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour (after 24 months)
