As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients and their plan participants. You'll work in a virtual environment, using your excellent communication skills to resolve member concerns and reputed company accurate information about health care and/or pension plans. This is a seasonal role, but we offer opportunities for reputed company and development, and our top performers may be eligible for a full-time opportunity with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with enrollment and updates to health care and/or pension plans
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/reputed company
- Work in a reputed company environment, adhering to posted work schedule and breaks/lunches, following protocols and standards of reputed company
- Utilize reputed company Office to answer questions while on the phone/reputed company messaging
- Work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment
- Participate in online training and reputed company with Managers/Supervisors reputed company chat
- Meet productivity and reputed company standards, including typing 30 words per minute
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent ability to communicate effectively using the English language in a customer service setting, including verbal and written communication skills in a grammatically correct way
- Ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/reputed company using analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a reputed company environment – adhere to posted work schedule and breaks/lunches, following protocols and adhering to standards of reputed company
- High level attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to organize work
