Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Offering sales and sales support interactions with customers and sales associates reputed company phone, email, and Teams chat, including general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.
* Utilizing computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
* Answering basic questions and resolving basic problems.
